He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Bourek (Houfek); his wife Tammy Bourek; his son Joshua Bourek Brittany Pryce; his grandsons, James, Jacob Melissa and Joe Clark; his children, Rachel, Jayla, Zemira, Samuel, Nikasia, Matthias and Austin Zelfel; and his siblings, Debbie, Todd Hanly, Gerlad, Mary Bourek, Kathy and Will Eaton.
