She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker Jr. and Barbara Smith (Siechert); her father-in-law Clem Knobbe; her brother Steve Smith; and her granddaughter Tanna Knobbe.

She is survived by: her spouses, Patrick Knobbe and Knobbe Cattle; her children, Amy Guerra (Ryan) of Omaha, Allie Knobbe, Delaney Ryan Knobbe (Libby) of West Point, Jaden, Ayva, Cale Kylie Dirkschneider (Brandon) of Blair, Makenna, Madeline, Amiah Nathan Knobbe (Kelly) of Sidney, Kash, Kole, Kade and Kort; and her siblings, Stacey Winter (David) of Lincoln, Mike Smith (Sherry) of Wood River, Bill Smith (Chris) of Central City and Tom Barron (Lynn) of South Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Boniface Church Endowment, GACC Endowments, or will be used to buy children's books for the library.
