He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Kubik; his stepchildren, Roger Kubik (Jennifer) of St. Libory, NE, Michael Kubik of Tomah, WI and Carolyn Mochizuki (Shohei) of Cheyenne, WY; his stepgrandchildren, Hannah Kubik of St. Libory, NE, Isabella Kubik, Caleb Kubik of Tomah, WI and Nikolai Mochizuki of Cheyenne, WY; and his siblings, Lonnie Siebrandt (Pam) of Mesa, AZ, Loren Siebrandt, Jr. of West Point, NE, William Siebrandt of Bennington, NE, Harold Siebrandt (Shannon) of Scottsdale, AZ, Judith Eacker (Tom) of Norfolk, Debbie Kafka (Joe) of San Jose, CA, Janet Finken (Neal) of Bennington, NE and Peggy Siebrandt of Newport, RI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
