With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Klitz (West Point, Nebraska), who passed away on February 14, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Klitz and Anna Marie Klitz (Kreikemeier); his brother David; his brother-in-law Tom Engelhaupt; and his siblings, Marvin, Henry and Carolyn.

He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Klitz (Doris) of Omaha and Rita Engelhaupt of Pierce; and his sister-in-law Anita Klitz of Dodge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church or Dodge Fire & Rescue.
