Melburn E. Brockmann Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melburn E. Brockmann of West Point, Nebraska, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Brockmann and Hattie Brockmann (Wascher); his wife Marian Ludwig; his son Tom Brockmann; his grandchildren, Jason Brockmann and Brooke Brockmann; his siblings, Ivy Berg, Mardell Rogers and Norbert Brockmann; and his sister-in-law Jane Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Mike (Jody) of West Point, Marcia Brockmann of Battle Creek, Ted (Joanna) of West Point, Don (Colleen) of West Point, Chris (Kim) of West Point and Corinne Wordekemper (Duane) of Omaha; his daughter-in-law Lorna Brockmann of Hoskins; and his siblings-in-law, Esther Brockmann of Dannebrog and Rodger Anderson of West Point. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the family for future designation. In lieu of thank you notes, a donation will be made to a charity of the family's choice.
