She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Knobbe and Anna Knobbe; her husband Burnell Witt; her sons, Gene Witt and David Witt; her daughter-in-law Mary Witt; and her siblings, Olivia Emanuel, Rita Foy, Dorothy Nebuda, Verena Mendlik, LaVern Faltin, Dennis Knobbe and Art Knobbe.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Witt of Columbus, Janice Sommers (Tim) of Arvada, CO, Colleen Lange (Bob) of Omaha, Dan Witt (Teresa) of Omaha, Gary Witt (Molly) of Omaha and Norman Witt of Shelby; her daughter-in-law Lisa Long (Joel) of Omaha; and her siblings, Joletta Mejstrik, Jerome Knobbe and Richard Knobbe. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials preferred to St Bonaventure Church or Scotus Central Catholic High School.
