He was predeceased by: his father Paul Heimann; his siblings, Anne Nolte and John Heimann; his niece Melanie Williams; and his father-in-law Bernard Hagedorn.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Heimann (Ellis) of West Point, NE; his wife Alice Heimann of West Point, NE; his children, Jacob Heimann of West Point, NE, Kate and Laura (Jeremy Ritter); his grandchildren, Jack, Josie and Jase; his daughter Terri (Travis Schwarz); his grandchildren, Dominic, Mia and Crew; his daughter Tracy (Tom Custard); his grandchildren, Ethan, Madeline and Ellie; his children, Brian Preusker (Megan Niewohner) of West Point, NE, Hayley, RoseAnne Richards of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Karen Richards (Bonus) of Queens, NY; his grandchildren, Mel, Kendra and David; his mother-in-law Roberta Hagedorn of West Point, NE.; and his siblings, Peg Peterson of Omaha, NE, Ted (Karla Heimann) and Rex Nolte of Shoreline, WA. He is also survived by Several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorials be directed to the GACC Endowment or the Nebraska Ataxia Foundation in care of the family.
