He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stack and Melba Stack (Beeler); his sons, Randy and Shawn; his wife Carol "Ann"; his sisters, Sue Stack, Pat Longwith, Pauline Hand (Al) and Ada Marie Duke; his grandson Dillon Maddox; and his brothers-in-law, Leon and Leland "Beep" Frazier.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Wilson (James) of Omaha and Lindsey Schrader (Eric); his granddaughters, Isabelle of Lyons, NE and Maressa Diaz (Arturo); his great grandchildren, Anahi of West, Jorge of West and Danny of West; his sister Bonnie Campbell (Harry) of Fremont; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Hass (Layne) of Fremont, Emma Frazier of Scribner, NE, Allison Frazier of Fremont and Allen Frazier (Laura Russell) of Fremont, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
