He is survived by: his brother Gordon Van Cleave of Medford, OR; and his nieces and nephews, Christina Clark, Theresa Clark, Tami Nelson, Timothy Clark, Eugene, Sandy Crom, Sheila, Kelly Daniels and Mike Van Cleave.
