He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clemant Strehle and Helen Strehle (Poeschl); his wife Darlene Henry of West Point; his children, Ann Strehle (Barb Skurdal) of Beulah, MI, Greg Strehle (Rita) of West Point and Jane Parks (Gene) of Lincoln; his siblings, Leroy Strehle (Patty) and Helen Dill (Ross); and his grandson Nathan Parks. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to GACC Endowment or St. Mary's Catholic Church.
