She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Prchal and Josephine Prchal (Zvacek); her husband Robert C. Bartak; her children, Mary Ann Nathan, Gary, David and Robert Bartak; and her son-in-law Gene Scheffler.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Bartak (Donna) of Madison, Diane Scheffler of Columbus, Donna Wurdeman (Keith) of Columbus and Debby Koenig (Tim) of West Point; and her daughters-in-law, Terry Bartak of Omaha and Veronica Bartak of Elgin. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
