With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doreen A. Meyer of West Point, Nebraska, born in Oakland, Nebraska, who passed away on June 21, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Doreen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Butchen and Ethel Butchen (Eastbert); her children, Donna Martens, Leo Meyer, Arlen Meyer and David Meyer; her sister Shirley Johnson; her niece Mary O'Mara; and her nephew Larry Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Wayne Meyer of West Melbourne, FL. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
