He was predeceased by: his parents, Selmer Norquist and Helene Norquist (Nelson); his daughter Annette Wright; his sister Joanne Norquist; and his stepdaughter Diana Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryle Harris of West Point; his children, Michele Sharon (Marvin), Scott Norquist, Lee Norquist, Diana Alvis and Shawna Mahoney; his stepchildren, Stanley Harris (Jackie) and Dorothy Nelson; and his sisters, Alma Zimmerman, Clara Thompson and Jan Thies. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
