He is survived by: his children, Tina Smith, Terry Hooker, Steven Oliver (Kimberly) and Michael Oliver; his stepdaughter Linda Plett; and his siblings, Duane Oliver and Bonnie Clark. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
