Daniel J. Meiergerd Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2021, at the age of 65, Daniel J. Meiergerd (West Point, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Genevieve "Jenny" Meiergerd (Stalp); and his sister Dr. Susan Meiergerd Brozik. He is survived by: his wife Leta Nygren; his daughters, Sheryl Partise (Mark) of Columbia, MO, Angela Petersen (Brandon) of North Platte and Michele Young (Matthew) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Corryn, Aleah Partise, Madalyn Petersen, Sophia and Brooklyn Young; his father Raymond "Ray" Meiergerd of West Point; and his sisters, Mary Sine (Tim) of Wright City, MO, Lois Urwiler (Tim) of Laurel, Jean Kresnak (Michael) of Wauwatosa, WI and Rita Kreutzer (Mark) of Holdrege. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
