He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Scheer and Erma Scheer (Nelson); and his siblings, Phillip and Lois. He is survived by: his wife Dee Scheer; his children, Karen Ernesti (Rob) and Dale Scheer, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Bryan), Ashley Jadwin (Griffin), Brittney Kovar (Adam), Zach Ernesti (Onna) and Asher Scheer; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Aaron, Jackson, Carter, Annabelle and Sloan.
