He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph George (J. G.) and Margaret Hugo (Hiltz); and his siblings, Paul Hugo, Aelred Hugo, Matthias Hugo, Florence Schnur, Jeannette Polzer and Julianna Wordekemper.
He is survived by: his wife Nora; his children, Duane Hugo (Mary), Nancy Cady (Chris), Jolene Schack (Andy) and Keith Hugo (Linda); his grandchildren, Stacy Sveen (Dan), Jessica Howell (Nick), Mark Hugo (Kate), Abbey Hugo, Eric Schack, Steven Schack, Andrew Schack, Thomas Hugo and Cynthia Siedschlag (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Braxton Sveen, Beckham Sveen, Blake Sveen, Wesley Howell and Adelynn Howell; and his brother Matt.
The family suggests memorials be directed to St. Mary's Church, GACC Endowment, or the West Point Community Theatre.
