She was predeceased by: her father James Kendall; and her parents-in-law, Dickie Hazen and Jan Hazen. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Kendall; her husband Lonnie D. Hazen of Wellfleet, NE; her sons, Jesse Hazen (Charlott) and Seth Hazen; her brothers, Todd Kendall (Natasha) and Pat Kendall (Sheila); and her parents-in-law, Chuck Hazen, Ronda Edwards, Sheila Hulme and Audie Hazen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Lincoln County Garden Club.
