He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frazier and Corine Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his brother Larry; his former wife Charlotte; his children, Scott Frazier (Lori), Mark Frazier and Debra DaCorte (Ken); his stepdaughters, Angela Lancaster, Sheila Krause and Brenda Lahm; his grandchildren, Tabor Tyrell, Maverick Corley, Amy Rejai (Pedrom), Bailey Tingelhoff (Tyler) and Carley Frazier; his stepgrandchildren, Dalton, Devon Dreesen, Heather Benson (Shane), Nicholas, Olivia Lancaster, Asher, Josie and Morgan Lahm; his great grandchildren, Foster Tingelhoff and Zaden Rejai; and his pets, Luke and Leia. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.

Memorials may be given to the family for later designation.
