He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kramer and Evelyn Kramer (Buhl); his wife Cecilia; his siblings, Connie Granquist, Wayne Kramer and Larry Kramer (Fern); and his sister-in-law Sandra Waldron.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Gonzalez of Wakefield, Amber Kramer, Nicole Simeon (Juston) of Wayne and Aaron Kramer of Burnsville, MN; his brother Bill Kramer (Lynn) of Wayne; his stepson Eric Waller (Lori) of Newton, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Granquist of Wayne, Jay Waldron of Des Moines, IA, Mary Kramer of Norfolk and Marilyn Waldron of Kingman, AZ.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
