He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Frederick and Elsie Mae Kay (Wert); his pet Ginger; his sister Sandra Clarkson; his nephew Jimmy Clarkson; and his friend William Baier.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sally Clarkson (LeRoy) of Neligh, Gene Kay (Beverly) of Columbus, Linda Anderson (Larry) of Wakefield, Barbara Kay of Omaha and Mary Stalling (Gerald) of Wayne. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
