He is survived by: his wife Ardie; his daughters, Blair Sommerfeld of Omaha and McKenzie Surber (Jon) of Wayne; his grandchildren, Sawyer Sommerfeld and Wesson Surber; his siblings, Cynthia Jorgensen of Wayne and Ed Sommerfeld of Seward; his sisters-in-law, Suzanne Emal of Seward and Judy Sloup (Dennis) of Seward; his mother-in-law Erma Barker of Wayne; and his siblings-in-law, Erma Johnson (Craig) of Bridgeport, Pat Ourada (Dale Larsen) of Funk, Kelly Witt (Duane) of Wayne and Roy Barker (Tammy) of Blair. He is also survived by uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
