He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Forsberg and Mabel Forsberg (Johnson); his stepfather Henry (S. Army); and his wife Donna Mae Peterson. He is survived by: his children, Mike Forsberg (Kim) of Laurel, Craig Forsberg of Norfolk and Becky Forsberg of Omaha; his grandchildren, Mason, Makayla, Megan, Miles Forsberg of Laurel and Blake Forsberg of Omaha; his brother Arne Forsberg (Janice) of Bow, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Peterson (Ivalynn) of Leawood, KS and Jerene Wickett (Tim) of Omaha. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to the Forsberg family for later designation.
