She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mildred Roeder (Shafer) and Norvel Roeder; her son Spencer Lee Elliott; her husband John Lee Elliott; her daughter-in-law Claire; her grandsons, Benjamin and Micah; her sisters, Mira Wiegmann, Merna Smith and Susan Bray; her siblings-in-law, Richard Wiegmann, Lucas Smith, Steve Bray, Jean and Rob Brandenburg; and her nieces and nephews, Melina, Sarah, Flora, Seth, Jacob, Kyle and Ryan.
