He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Nicole Crawford (Mike) of Lowell, AR; his grandchildren, David, Kaleb and Faith Crawford; and his siblings, Ron Hoppel of Long Beach, CA, Larry Hoppel (Susan) and Linda Teach of Wayne, NE..
