He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Lewis (Bob) of Plano, TX, Paula Whittemore (Jared), Diane Bloch (Scott), Rob Balogh (Karen) and David Haase; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Haase of Ashland, NE.
