He is survived by: his children, Deborah Moore (Brian) of Lincoln, Nebraska and C. Scott Chase (Mary Ann) of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Justin Moore, Parker Moore (Lisa) and Delia Chase; and his great grandchildren, Silas, Asher, Abram and Forest Charles Moore.
