It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Payne Haberer of Wausa, Nebraska, born in Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 2, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roger Haberer; and his great-grandparents, Franklin Hefner, Duane, Ladonna Burbach, Jerome and Lucille Haberer.
He is survived by: his parents, Chris Haberer and Heidi Haberer of Wausa; his grandparents, Cindy Haberer (late Roger) of Coleridge, Monty, Brenda Hefner of Coleridge, Mike and Robbi Johnson of Wausa; his great-grandparents, Tom, Linda Steffen of Hartington and Janice Hefner of Coleridge; his aunts, Sonia Haberer of Norfolk and Amy Burns (Kevin) of Wausa; his cousins, Eli, Keegan and Nora; his aunt Holly Hoeppner (Mike) of Hartington; his cousins, Ella, Emma, Easton and Elijah; and also Haley Rasmussen (Max) of Laurel. He is also survived by many great-aunts, uncles, and cousins.
