Betty Prather Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Prather (Wausa, Nebraska), who passed away on December 23, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivar Swanson and Marcella Swanson (Matz); her husband Arnold Prather; her siblings, Rose Peterson, June Ziegenbein and Roger Swanson; her brothers-in-law, Keith Peterson and Gordon Kumm; and her parents-in-law, Dale, Ida Holmquist, Lowell Koehn, John Prather, Ralph and Sylvia Prather.
She is survived by: her cousins, Wallace and Vernelle; her daughters, Constance, Pamela Carlson (David) of Wausa, Katherine Prather of Omaha, Connie Bloomquist (Scott) of McLean and Donna McMurray (Tim) of St. Joseph, MO; her grandchildren, Darrin Carlson (Tissy McMahon), Gretchen Webster (Brandon), Paula Perlinski (Tony), Amy Bloomquist, Eric Bloomquist (Emily), Jeff Bloomquist, Luc Bloomquist and Kelcey Willis (Michael); her great grandchildren, Maxwell Carlson, Sophia Petersen, River, Violet Perlinski, Vivian Bloomquist and Asher Willis; her sisters, Judy Kumm and Karen Young (James); and her sisters-in-law, Cora Swanson, Marian Koehn (Prather) and Polly Prather. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
