He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his children, Kelly (Carey) and Kimberly Kuykendall (Brandon); his brother Lynn Brunkhorst (Rhonda); his stepmother Sandra Brunkhorst; his grandchildren, Seth Brunkhorst (Emma), Alex Brunkhorst, Christien Kuykendall and Jaelyn Kuykendall; and his great grandchildren, Elliot and Charlie Brunkhorst. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
