He is survived by: his former wife Victoria Milander; his wife Kim Hetrick; his children, Jeremy Hetrick, Matt Hetrick, Bridget Kumm (Trent) and Jacob Ingalls-Hetrick; his siblings, Marc, Janet, Janice and Greg; and his pets, Rocky, Peaches and Pinky. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
