It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dick Jump of Walthill, Nebraska, born in Macy, Nebraska, who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Jump and Mable Jump (Rhodus); his wife Arleen; and his siblings, Jim Tippery, Jack Tippery, Eldon Tippery, Earl Tippery, Don Tippery, Clifford Jump and Mary Ellen Hinkle.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Jump (Amy) of Macy, NE, Melissa Henscheid (Jerry) of Harlan, IA, Tammy Mellick (Mark) of Pender, NE and Roxanne Jump of Sioux City, IA; his grandchildren, Savannah Ricehill, Zach Beckman, Dalton Jump, Louis Webster, Brandi Jump, Victoria Ohlfest, Tyrelle Jump and Lily Jump; and his sister Dorothy Nottleman of Decatur, NE.. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
