She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hawkinson and Minnie Hawkinson; her husband Warren Gibson; her sisters, Evangeline, Elvera, Corrine, Ione, Dorothy and Darlene; and her daughter-in-law Karen Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Gibson and Mary Marquardt (Kenneth). She is also survived by five grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and sixteen great-great-grandchildren.
