She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernfred Lungrin and Florence Thaden Lungrin; her husband Paul Chevalier; her children, Jim, Judy Kay Autrey and Teresa Hill; her grandchildren, Steven Scott and Lisa Scott; and her brothers, Manfred, George and Harold.

She is survived by: her sons, Tim (Doris) of Aurora, NE, Paul Donald (Rosina) of Houston, TX and Douglas (Barbara) of Morton, IL; and her children-in-law, Susan Chevalier of Quincy, IL and Jim Hill (Aileen) of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established in Edith's memory for later designation.
