With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Eugene Bartels of Wakefield, Nebraska, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Bartels and Lucille Bartels (Walters); his brother Willard Bartels; and his brother-in-law Paul Krause. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Tootie" Bartels of Wakefield, NE; his sister Verna Krause; and his sister-in-law Wilma Bartels. He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
