It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Pospisil of Wakefield, Nebraska, born in Crete, Nebraska, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Pospisil and Eugenia Pospisil (Stoll); and his sister Diane. He is survived by: his wife Joan Pospisil of Wakefield; his children, Stephen Pospisil (Marilyn) of Sadler, TX and Kathy Fernau of Wakefield, NE; his granddaughters, Lisa Seivers (Steve) of Wakefield, NE, Traci Riewer (Eric) of Wakefield, NE, Diana Tomes (Derek) of Utica, NE and Paige Pospisil (Carlton Legereit) of Round Rock, TX; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Jaden, Oliver, Quinn, Kristalyn, Maggie, Knox, Cora and Kinzie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
