With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Swanson (Wakefield, Nebraska), who passed away on October 5, 2019 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Swanson and Mabel Swanson (Lennart); his wife Phyllis Swanson; his son Jeffery Swanson; his son-in-law Jason Racely; and his siblings, Miriam, Stan and LeRoy.

He is survived by: his daughter Claudia Racely of Wayne, NE; his sister Coreen Bard of Wakefield, NE; and his grandchildren, Taylor Racely of Omaha, NE and Stephanie (Tad).

Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.
