It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theola M. Svoboda (Wahoo, Nebraska), born in Stanton, Nebraska, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold H. Zechin and Stacie Zechin (Krbel); her husband Richard D. Svoboda; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Myrtle Svoboda; her brother Gene Zechin; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Vybiral.
She is survived by: her children, David Svoboda (Donita) of Seward, NE, Larry Svoboda (Lynnette) of Highland Ranch, CO, Wayne Svoboda (Katie) of Gilbert, AZ and Diane Duba (Kubie) of Lincoln, NE; her siblings, Earl Amos (Shirley) of Federal Way, WA and Vanetta Lomax (David) of Covington, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Svoboda (Joni) of Fremont, NE and Marlene Vybiral of Wahoo, NE.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
