With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Mae Barry of Wahoo, Nebraska, who passed away on July 3, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Placek and Helen Placek (Kliment); her husband Warren Barry; her sister Venis Reitmajer; her brothers-in-law, Murv Barry and Daryl Reitmajer; her niece Susan Barry McCready; and her nephews, Scott Barry and Daniel Reitmajer.
She is survived by: her children, Lynae Callan (Steve) of Wahoo, Russell Barry (Carrie) of Wahoo and Ryan Barry (Jennifer) of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, Alex, Evan, Kristin Callan, Adam Barry (Rachel), Justin Barry (Jessica), Jessica Kurth (Patrick), Hudson, Dane and Preston Barry. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Saunders County Historical Society, or Malmo Fire Department.
