She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kruse and Rose Kruse (Casper); her husband Steven Vanderbeek; her in-laws, Selvester and Ruth Vanderbeek; her brothers, Bruce, Donnie and Gary Kruse; and her son-in-law Kelly Kotschwar.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Taylor (Shane) of Wahoo, NE, Kristen Kotschwar of Moorefield, NE and Jeffery Vanderbeek (Melissa) of Belgium, WI; her grandchildren, Jackson, Noah Taylor, Kahner, Brookelyn, Dylan, Sydney Kotschwar, Kaydin, Daxton, Kinley and Deklan Vanderbeek; her brothers, Ron Kruse (Sandra) of Kearney, NE and Tom Kruse (Deb) of Hildreth, NE; and her siblings-in-law, Sheryl Kruse, Ardie Kruse, Judy Kruse, Carol Estudillo (Rick) and John Vanderbeek (Patti).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Curtis Methodist Church (402 Center Ave N, Curtis, NE 69025). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at the Moorefield Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Medicine Valley High School Foundation, Curtis Methodist Church or Havelock Manor.
