She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin G. James and Margaret James (Heckler); her husband Richard Myers; her son John Arp; and her siblings, George James (Eleanor), Edwin "Eddie" James, Charles "Jesse" James (Evelyn), Jerry James, Ruth Dunn (Roy), Kathleen "Kathy" Fuller (Glenn) and Margaret H. "Peg" Murphy of New York.
She is survived by: her son Bruce Arp (Gail) of Weston, NE; her grandchildren, Kyle Arp of Wahoo, NE, Kathryn Donahue (Andrew) and Avery of Raymond, NE; her daughter-in-law Grace Arp; her grandchildren-in-law, Jonathan and Jessica; her sister-in-law Betty James of Kearney; and her sister MaryAnn Ostrander (Kenneth) of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Westlawn Memorial Park (3826 W Stolley Park Rd, Grand Island, NE 68803).
