He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Lee Bolls (Foote) and Nathion J Bolls; his sister-in-law Imogene Bolls; his niece Laurel Bolls; and his nephew Jon Stephenson.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Kahland (Martin Kahland Sr.); his grandchildren, Haley Graupner, Martin Kahland Jr. and Nathan Kahland; his siblings, Dr. Nathan J. Bolls and Anna Stephenson (Jack); his niece Cindy Smith; his nephews, Robb Stephenson (Carla) and James Stephenson; and his great-nieces, Chelsea, Stephanie and Brandy.
