He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Knuth and Lydia Knuth (Barth); his wife Phyllis Mae Otto; his brothers, Gerald, Wilbur, Lawrence, Richard and Robert; and his nephew Lynn Knuth.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Olson (Charles), Kevin Knuth and Kerry Knuth (Angela); his grandchildren, Billy Olson (Shane), Beth Pulito (Jon), Becca Olson, Gregory Knuth and Garrison Knuth; his great grandchildren, Chip, Reese Olson, Charlie and Leah Pulito; his siblings, Merle Knuth (Elna), Margaret Hoover (Richard) and Doris Troyer (Wayne); and his sisters-in-law, Betty, Nancy and Wilma Knuth.
