She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Susie White; her adoptive parents, Rudy Kozisek and Jane Kozisek (Medley); her brothers, Kenneth Ray Kozisek and Stanley White; her daughter Beth Ann Brown; her husband John Chapek; her children, Fred Brown (Shena Brown) of Swansea, IL, John Coffin (Dawn Coffin) of Seward, NE and Summer McLauchlan of Columbus, NE.; her stepchildren, Jason Chlopek (Lisa Chlopek), Chris Chapek and Terra Chapek; her grandchildren, Kendra, Jaelyn, Garret, AJ, Emily, Natalie, Cole, Kaelyn, Jaxton and Arik; her great grandchild Hayden; her brother Tom White; and her pets, Claire, Charlie and Kitty.
