He is survived by : his daughter Debra Foster; and his siblings, Nanci Oliver (George) of San Antonio, Diane Foster of Council Bluffs, Richard Foster, Douglas Foster and Pamela Anderson of Omaha. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other loving friends and family.
