He was predeceased by: his father Lowell E. Wurdeman; and his brother Jerald Wurdeman (Jerry). He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Wurdeman (Geri); his sister Glenda Clare (Wurdeman); and his brother-in-law Steve Clare of Lincoln.

Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church of Lincoln for the building fund.
