She is survived by: her son Paul Synhorst (Jacki); her son-in-law Tony Pacheco; her grandchildren, Taylor Synhorst (Steph), Katelynn Danek (Curtis), Jake Lobeda (Kristin), Jessie Pacheco, Neil Lobeda (Valerie) and Shawn Synhorst; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Sloan Danek, Josie, Odessa, Laila, Sophia, Isaiah and Djerry Lobeda.

Family requests donations in Phyllis's name to the Alzheimer Association.
