He is survived by : his daughters, Patti Jo Stein (Joe) and Pamela Hull (Matthew); his grandson Jaden Stein (Hannah); and his siblings, Edward Booth (Cindy), Roger Booth (Tina), Sue Hannappel (Dale) and Debbie Rimmer (Archie).
