He was predeceased by : his father Dallas Knotts; and his fathers-in-law, Melvin Grasmick and Conrad Harimon (Blackie). He is survived by : his mother Caroline Knotts (Schmick); his wife Tammy Grasmick; his children, Amber Potts (Josh) and Chad Knotts (Mia); his grandchildren, Caymon Knotts, Addison Potts, McKinley Knotts and Taryn Potts; his great grandchild June Knotts; his mother-in-law Shirley Harimon; his sisters, Ronetta Green (Rod) and Vivian Knotts; and his siblings-in-law, Candace Lord (Jeff Fletcher) and Steve Grasmick (Lori).
In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Kelly Knotts Memorial Foundation where donations can be made to assist local Boy Scouts with scouting activities. Contributions or donations may be mailed to: Amber Potts, 1008 Alyssa Way, Cheyenne WY 82009.
