It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Johnny LeRoy Dillman Sr. of Virginia, Nebraska, born in Morrill, Nebraska, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Pete Dillman and Mollie Dillman (Mehling); his wife Helen Henkel; his brother Ruben; his sister-in-law Betty; his brother Donald; and his parents-in-law, Phillip and Mary Henkel.

He is survived by : his sons, John Jr. (Myra) of Gering, Wayne (Nancy) of Scottsbluff and Kevin (Teri) of Elizabeth, CO; his grandchildren, Amy Yeager (Terry), Jenny Walker (Craig), Ashley Dillman, Bethany Conde (Hamidou), Cassie Dillman, Brittney Dillman and Brandon Dillman (Kayla); his great grandchild Aubree Tisue; and his siblings-in-law, Nonnie Dillman and Phillip Henkel (Harry Henkel).

Memorial may be made to the Nebraska Panhandle Blocks Quilts of Valor Foundation.
